I absolutely LOVE Top Nails. I go there monthly for pedicures and I am always treated very well. The staff is very friendly and I refer all my friends to go there. I also have waxing done there and they ALWAYS do an amazing job!
I like Top Nails very much. They do a wonderful job on waxing eyebrows. They also did a better job on my nails than one of the other nail salons I previously went to. I do not see how you say that it is a dirty place.
When this place first opened, I rereferred many people to them. owever, they now do not clean up very well and I do not refer people there any longer. The LAST time I went in, the place was pretty dirty and I was not impressed with them…
